Crime statistics from the police, news, and social media content speak a clear language: violence, hatred, and incitement are increasing! Our day seminar aims to counteract this – it strengthens body, mind, and self-confidence. In a balanced mix of theory and practice, you will learn how to assert yourself and protect yourself – with simple, practical techniques and valuable background knowledge. The day seminar is ideal for beginners and returning participants from age 14 (with parental consent).

Jürgen Rampf is a police officer and operational trainer for the Baden-Württemberg Police. He also actively supports the violence prevention association Protactics®.
